Shipping

Our team aim to process all orders within 24 hours. However, during high volume periods please allow for 48-72 hours for processing. Any orders made before 11AM will be shipped out same day. 

Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control. 

Risk Of Loss

The transfer of risk and title for items purchased by you occurs upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Once this happens, we will not be held liable for the items. However, in cases where shipped items are claimed as not received, the replacement of products and credits applied to your account are subject to our investigation. We may request that you sign and return a formal affidavit before we proceed with your claim. 

At our discretion, we will either replace the products or credit your account, ensuring that our response is both professional and appropriate to the circumstances. 

Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, immediately contact us via email with "[order number] - ORDER CANCELLATION" as the subject line, however, this is allowed solely at our discretion. If we have already processed the order, unfortunately you will not be able to cancel the order. 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales with HEAD2SOLE are final. 

At HEAD2SOLE, we operate under a primarily consignment-based business model. As a consignment marketplace, we feature items generally provided by independent owners. Once an item is sold, either online or in-store, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Due to the complexities involved in transactions with consignors, we maintain a strict policy of final sales.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds or process returns and exchanges, except in instances where the received item differs significantly from its description. If you encounter such a situation, we kindly request that you contact us promptly. Our commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction ensures that we will address your concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Sale

In the event of a sale at HEAD2SOLE, customers will be responsible for shipping fees for each individual item purchased. The shipping cost for each sale item is determined at the number of items purchased and will be charged accordingly. All customers will received items in 1-3 business days.

Kindly note that all items purchased during a sale event are non-refundable. We kindly ask our customers to exercise due diligence and ensure their desire for the item before making the purchase.

This no refund/exchange policy is also applicable to discounted items.
