Are your products authentic?

Yes. We guarantee that all of our product is 100% authentic. Each item is carefully inspected to ensure its legitimacy. You can trust every purchase from our site is genuine and of the highest quality.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We only offer returns on full-priced item(s). If you are not happy with the item(s) you have purchased, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We DO NOT offer refunds, so in return you will be given credit that you can use to repurchase the item you'd like. This credit does not have an expiry.

Why don't you offer refunds?

We work on a consignment-based model, where independent owners supply the featured items. This involves a payment process after the sale, making refunds challenging to manage due to the multiple parties involved.

Can I exchange items or swap sizes?

We only offer returns, not direct exchanges or swaps, due to logistics and fees. With returns, you'll receive credit to repurchase items immediately and get a new receipt, tracking number, and order updates.
