Risk Of Loss
The transfer of risk and title for items purchased by you occurs upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Once this happens, we will not be held liable for the items. However, in cases where shipped items are claimed as not received, the replacement of products and credits applied to your account are subject to our investigation. We may request that you sign and return a formal affidavit before we proceed with your claim.
At our discretion, we will either replace the products or credit your account, ensuring that our response is both professional and appropriate to the circumstances.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, immediately contact us via email with "[order number] - ORDER CANCELLATION" as the subject line, however, this is allowed solely at our discretion. If we have already processed the order, unfortunately you will not be able to cancel the order.
