What payment types are accepted?

We offer a variety of payment types such as Mastercard and Visa. We also provide Buy Now, Pay Later options such as AfterPay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, LayBuy, and ZipPay.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process order within 24 hours. However, if we are experiencing high volume of sales, please allow up to 72 hours for processing.

Do you ship overseas?

At the moment, we only ship around Australia. We will be expanding in the near future.

Where is my order coming from?

We process and ship all of our orders from our flagship store. Having all the items on-hand allow us to verify and authenticate and ship items faster.

How can I track my order?

Can I change the address on my order?

Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. If your order has not processed, please contact our support team ASAP and they will do their best to accommodate the request.

Can I change the size, colour-way, or model of my order?

Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any adjustments to size, colour, or model.
