Shipping
Our team aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Any orders made before 12pm will be shipped out same day.
We offer FREE express shipping on all orders above $500 which will typically arrive on your doorstep within 2-3 business days, depending on your location. Any orders below $500 will be charge $10 for standard shipping which will typically arrive on your doorstep within 7-10 business days, depending on your location.
Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.
All orders will be shipped via Aus Post.
Cancellations
If for any reason you need to cancel your order, immediately contact us via email with "[order number] - ORDER CANCELLATION" as the subject line. If we have already processed the order, unfortunately you will not be able to cancel the order.
Risk Of Loss
The transfer of risk and title for items purchased by you occurs upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. In cases where shipped items are claimed as not received, the replacement of products and credits applied to your account are subject to our investigation. We may request that you sign and return a formal affidavit before we proceed with your claim.
At our discretion, we will either replace the products or credit your account, ensuring that our response is both professional and appropriate to the circumstances.
Returns
All sales with HEAD2SOLE are final.
At HEAD2SOLE, we operate under a primarily consignment-based business model. As a consignment marketplace, we feature items generally provided by independent owners. Once an item is sold, either online or in-store, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Due to the complexities involved in transactions with consignors, we maintain a strict policy of final sales.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds or process returns and exchanges, except in instances where the received item differs significantly from its description. If you encounter such a situation, we kindly request that you contact us promptly.
