Off-White x Nike Air Vapormax Part 2 'White' 2018

Building on the VaporMax he designed for Nike’s ‘The Ten’ collection, Virgil Abloh revisits the silhouette with a subtle yet striking update. Released in April 2018, the Off-White x Air Vapormax ‘Part 2’ removes bold colour to spotlight intricate details, including an off-white suede eyestay, translucent swoosh, and exposed-foam tongue. Abloh’s signature ‘AIR’ lettering appears on the lateral side above the transparent VaporMax sole unit, reinforcing the design’s deconstructed aesthetic.
